Kate F. Graeff
Kate is a management consultant focused on innovation, including human centered design, client/customer experience, and various technologies, such as blockchain, Internet of Things, augmented and virtual reality, and others. She works with executives across retail, healthcare, financial services, and social sectors to help them create new value and to future-proof their business in a period of change.
Prior to her current role, Kate worked in three languages and over twenty countries for a boutique global mobility consulting firm and for a youth development organization she founded. She has been recognized for social entrepreneurship by the Clinton Global Initiative and serves on the board of scholarship foundation, The Red Thread Foundation for Women.
Kate holds a Master of International Business from The Fletcher School with a concentration on Strategic Management and Development Economics.
Kate's most disruptive innovation and biggest delight is her six month old son, Nikolai.
